Terms and Conditions
General
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods and services to consumers on urscnt.se ("website"), provided by URSCNT AB, Sweden, company number 559471-9824 ("the company", "we", and "our"). These terms form the entire agreement between the parties. No changes to these terms are valid unless made in writing and signed by the relevant parties.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us or accepting delivery of one of our products, you agree to these terms. Purchases on the website can be made by individuals over the age of 18 residing in Sweden ("the customer", "you", "your").

Order, Pricing, and Payment
All prices on the website are quoted in SEK, including VAT. A shipping fee will be added and displayed before you complete the order. Orders are securely placed on the website and become binding once the final step in the checkout process (payment) is completed. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which serves as a receipt for your purchase.
ORDER FROM US
The prices on our website include VAT according to applicable tax rates and are correct at the time of entering the information. All prices are in SEK. All prices and offers may change without notice. Selected or seasonal offers apply only to specific products/perfumes. We charge your credit account for payment upon receiving your order. We take no responsibility if a delivery is delayed due to incorrect information provided by you. If full payment cannot be received from your account, we have the right to cancel the order. Once we have received payment, we confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provided in the order form. Our acceptance of your order forms a legally binding contract between us. All orders are subject to approval and availability. If the goods you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you via email. You will then have the option to either wait until the item is in stock or cancel your order. To place an order with URSCNT, you must be at least 18 years old, as Swedish law prohibits credit purchases for individuals under 18 years. If you are under 18, parental consent is required before you place an order. We reserve the right to change or refuse an order under certain circumstances (e.g., if incorrect personal information has been provided). We reserve the right to final sale and any errors in descriptions or pricing. Examples include incorrect product descriptions, technical specifications, ingredient lists, user manuals, or inaccurate stock information. This also includes pricing errors due to manual or technical mistakes. Goods delivered are not intended for resale.
DELIVERY TO YOU
Due to the nature of our products, your order may need to be split into two or more packages, and it may not be possible for us to deliver to certain locations. We deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is correct. You become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and you have taken physical possession of them. Until then, the goods are our responsibility, and we are responsible for their loss or damage during transport.
Delivery & Address Changes
Once your order has been shipped, URSCNT is not responsible for changes in delivery address or service point rerouting made by the customer via PostNord.
- By default, all parcels are sent to the nearest service point based on the postcode provided at checkout.
- If you, as the recipient, choose to change the delivery location (e.g. another service point, parcel locker, or delivery option) using PostNord’s services, you take full responsibility for that change.
- Any questions about the status, location, or pick-up availability of a rerouted parcel must be directed to PostNord, as URSCNT cannot track or control changes made after dispatch.
URSCNT’s responsibility ends once the parcel has been handed over to PostNord with the original delivery information provided at checkout.
Non-delivered Goods
We strive to deliver your order as soon as it is placed. If your goods are not delivered within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed), you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible via email at urscntperfumes@gmail.com if you do not receive your order within this timeframe.
Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal applies for 14 days according to applicable consumer protection legislation. This means the customer has the right to cancel their purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period). If you wish to cancel your purchase, you may return the product and get a refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products. For returned products, they must be unused, and the seal must be intact. If the plastic seal is broken, we cannot accept the return. Therefore, we recommend purchasing a test sample to try the perfume before deciding on a larger bottle.
Please note that we do not accept returns of perfume samples. If the product has been opened, we cannot accept it and will not refund the payment.
If the product is returned after the 14-day withdrawal period and is unused (i.e., with an intact seal), we may apply a fee of 300 SEK for processing the item.
Note that we do not accept items with broken seals. A fee may be deducted from your refund if the product is returned in deteriorated condition, i.e., defective packaging or obvious damage to the product. Price reductions will be made between 30-100% of the product's value.
We do not cover return shipping costs to us and do not reimburse lost packages; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipment reaches us. Please contact us via email at urscntperfumes@gmail.com before sending the package back for further instructions.
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days from contacting us.
Failure to pick up a package from the agent is not considered a cancelled purchase!
To exercise the right of withdrawal and receive a refund (minus return shipping costs), the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received and must not have been used. Items that are shrink-wrapped/sealed, such as perfumes, testers, and perfume sets, cannot be opened. The product must therefore be returned in the same condition as it was received for the return and exchange rights to apply. The return right does not apply to shrink-wrapped or sealed items where the seal/plastic has been broken. All labels must remain on the goods and be in their original packaging. For the return to be approved, the returned item must be in substantially unchanged condition in its original packaging with all parts included. The item should be packaged well in protective packaging.
Transport Damage on Return/Exchange
URSCNT assumes no responsibility for transport damage due to poor packaging on return. Transport damage caused by inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Do not attach return labels/address stickers directly to the product packaging; the product must be packaged in another box or envelope. Goods returned with the return label directly on the product packaging will not be accepted, and you will be charged for any costs.
Return Shipping
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs back to us. If you regret your purchase and wish to return the entire order, you must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order and notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase (urscntperfumes@gmail.com). You will also receive the shipping cost paid at the time of purchase refunded (excluding return shipping).
Return Address and Information to Include in the Package When Returning
Step-by-step for Withdrawal/Return/Exchange:
- Contact customer service via email: urscntperfumes@gmail.com and tell us the reason for the return.
- Place the item and any parts you wish to return in its original packaging in a protective box.
- Include your details (name, address, order number) in the package and write the reason for the return for quicker processing.
- Seal the package securely and send it tracked, so you can trace it to ensure it has been delivered.
- Save the receipt as proof of return.

- Important: It is important to save the submission receipt, as you are responsible for the return shipment!
Return Responsibility
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Make sure to obtain proof of postage for your return. If your returned shipment is lost or damaged during transport, you are responsible for claiming compensation from the delivery company. We recommend using a traceable or registered delivery service to ensure safe return shipping.
Refund
Refunds are typically made within 14 working days from the date we receive and approve your return, and will be made via the same method as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.
If you wish to return your entire order, you must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order and inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you will then receive the shipping cost paid at the time of purchase refunded and the cost of goods (excluding the return shipping).
If you return part of your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Exchange Rights
Please note that we cannot make exchanges. If you wish for a different product, please return the ordered product and place a new order for the desired product.
Collection of Orders / Identification
To collect a package from your agent/collection point, you need valid identification. Please note that valid identification must be shown when collecting the package from the agent. The recipient's name on the order must match the name on the collector's ID. Do not use nicknames in your order, and always address the package to the person who will physically collect it. Uncollected Packages
We charge a fee for all packages that are not collected from the pickup point and are returned to us. We will charge the customer 250 SEK to cover shipping, packing, and administrative costs.
Reservations
- We reserve the right to delays beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, force majeure, technical issues with the carrier, or delays due to overload at the shipping company.
- Geographically distant delivery locations.
- Visible shipping damage. In the event of shipping damage, the report must be made by you on-site before you sign for the goods. Even minor damage to the outer packaging must be reported. Note that you must not attempt to repair or assemble the product before it has been inspected by the carrier's claims department. The original packaging must be kept. After the report has been made with PostNord or the responsible carrier, please contact us with a claim number if the damage has affected your product.
Perfume broken during delivery. How to file a claim
If a product was damaged during delivery, please email us at urscntperfumes@gmail.com . To help us assess the situation, please include pictures and videos of the package and the damaged item in your message.
Faulty Goods
All URSCNT products go through a rigorous quality checking process as part of the service we offer to you. Therefore, it’s very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us, but in the unlikely event that this happens we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as you see fit, once the fault has been verified. The cost of returning the product will be refunded. Simply contact us, via email, urscntperfumes@gmail.com as soon as possible and include details about the fault. Please include your order number in the email. Once you have emailed us, send back the item to the address below :

If you have received a faulty item or the wrong perfume by mistake you have 28 days to get a refund or a replacement from the day you received the item. Please contact us on urscntperfumes@gmail.com with the order number and a photo of the item(s) received.
If an item has been sent back as (faulty/damaged/incorrect by us) we will check it thoroughly and refund back the postal money you have incurred by sending it back to us, including offering a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you the buyer.
Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disasters, labour market disputes, government decisions, currency restrictions, fires, power outages, general product shortages, transportation shortages, strikes, lockouts, undelivered shipments from suppliers, cost-increasing circumstances, and similar events beyond our control, which could not have been foreseen, are considered force majeure. This means that URSCNT AB is exempt from fulfilling its obligations to execute agreements.

The descriptions on our website are provided to give customers an understanding of the scent profile, not to mislead or cause confusion regarding the origin or association with the original designer brands.
We do not claim that our products are produced by or are exact replicas of any designer brands. Therefore, our products do not infringe upon any copyright or trademark laws. Additionally, this website is neither affiliated with nor sponsored by any of the trademark owners mentioned.
